Our PTA provides essential support to our school through fundraising, events, teacher and staff appreciation and more. Major fundraisers include our annual Read-A-Thon and Fun Run. We always need help, even if you only have limited time and/or money to give. Email us at Email PTA DCIS.
PTA Helps Fund:
Yearly teacher stipends for materials
Extra funding for our Art, Music, and PE classes and extra staffing
Scholarships for our overnight trips
Curriculum purchases such as phonics curriculum and student intervention resources
Teacher appreciation
Conferences and professional development for our staff
PTA meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom. Meetings will be conducted in English and Spanish. All are welcome. Please join us!
